HauteCoton Presents: A Nourishing Farm-to-Table Harvest Dinner Experience

$185

Slow Food, Open Fire, Deep Nourishment.

Saturday, October 4th | 4-7 PM | Prairie Gardens

Join us for an unforgettable private farm-to-table harvest dinner that celebrates seasonal eating, land connection, and wellness from the ground up. Set on the enchanting Prairie Gardens just outside the city of Edmonton, AB, this immersive culinary experience invites you to slow down and reconnect - with nature, your food, and your inner vitality.

What to Expect:

  • Guided Farm Tour - Walk the same soil that grew the food on your plate. Learn from the farmer herself. How she cultivates everything from greenhouse herbs to heritage tomatoes, blue pumpkins, edible flowers, and fruit trees hardy to -40°C
  • Seasonal Five-Course Dinner - Enjoy a chef-crafted meal inspired by the garden's bounty, featuring locally sourced charcuterie, cheeses, and heirloom produce. Each course honours ancestral cooking techniques, with open-fire preparation and wildcrafted flavours that awaken the senses.
  • Herbal Workshop + Take-Home Spice Blend - Get hands-on with a local herbalist to create your own seasonal spice blend using farm-fresh botanicals. Learn how herbs can support your vitality as we transition into autumn.
  • Elder-Led Blessing & Reflection - We are honoured to welcome Elder Bill to open the evening in ceremony, grounding us in gratitude for the land and the hands that feed us.

Giving Back:

100% of profits will support the National Healing Forests Initiative
